This water injection system is truly a unique product. This is not your simple water pump, water tank, and water nozzle injection system. The secret to this water injection system, is that it uses compressed air to move the water into your vehicle's intake manifold, and it atomizes the water using the same compressed air that moves the water. Atomizing the water creates very small water droplets, which means that there is much more water surface area to absorb heat. The unique method of using compressed air and mixing it with water to accomplish water injection uses much less energy, and lasts much longer than your standard water pump, water nozzle type setups. Other water pump systems draw much more electricity and require more maintenance because they must create an extreme amount of water pressure to atomize the water finely enough to be effective. The other secret ingredient that makes this water injection system so unique, is that it doesn't just inject water, and wait for your car to adjust to the changes. This water injection system, used in conjunction with our HyperCharger® Fuel Controller actively intercepts and changes signals going into your ECM and changes the amount of fuel injected by your vehicle automatically, when injecting water saving you fuel and increasing power automatically. You also never have to worry about damage to your engine, since this system also monitors several important signals to learn and remember the limitations of your engine. Your engine will always be safe while using this system correctly. This allows the normal everyday driver to save gas by running the car leaner then stock levels, by only using water.
The components of the complete system are shown above, and consist of the Hypercharger® control module, mechanical unit, and water tank. The wireless display unit is optional, and the nozzle test stand can also be purchased if you would like to finely tune your nozzle and solenoid PWM setup to adjust the amount of water/air injected into your intake manifold.
Below are the data logs from before the system was installed and after. As you can see the pink line, which represents the amount of time the injectors stay open peaks out on a hard run using a large amount of gas, and risking engine damage due to knocking (shown in dark green). After the system is installed, you can see the injectors reduce the amount of fuel that is injected on a similar run, and never runs the risk of knocking (dark green knock line stays at 0). This shows that the system can benefit tuners, and normal everyday drivers. The savings are obvious, and any fuel injected car can benefit from this technology!!!

This device is protected under U.S. Patents and Copyrights, and is the first of its kind. This system has been developed and tested for several years, and is guaranteed to allow your engine to safely run leaner, all by spraying finely atomized water and altering your ECM signals. It also offers the perfect platform for alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and hydrogen injection systems.
The optional video user interface can display engine and system parameters. The video interface will show you how much fuel per minute you are using when the water is spraying, by making calculation with your injector pulse-width data. The video interface will also show you the water level in your tank, and your air-to fuel ratio. Without the optional video interface, you will still have a water low light, and can purchase Air to Fuel ratio, boost, and fuel pressure gauges, also produced by LEBEAUX LLC.
This system is designed for off-road use only, and just like any performance item, can lead to damage if not tuned properly. It is suggested that you have this system installed by a professional mechanic, with experience in water injection. You can contact LeBeaux LLC for a list of certified water injection installers. Full data logging is highly recommended and is the only way to tell exactly what your ECM is reading.
This system will work on any gasoline fuel injected vehicle (diesel model will come soon). The system installs easily with a few wire splices, easy nozzle mounting, case mounting, and tank mounting.
